It is impossible not to make Barbecue and Behari Boti on Eid-ul-Adha. These delicious dishes are being made in every home. The most important thing to make them tasty is the spices on the meat.

Market spices of course are not the same as fresh homemade spices.

Today we will show you how to prepare BBQ and Behari Boti.

BBQ Spices:

Ingredients:

Cumin Powder: 6 tablespoons roasted

Crushed fennel: 4 tablespoons

Ginger powder: 4 tablespoons

Pepper powder: 2 tablespoons

Large cardamom powder: 2 tablespoons

Crushed cloves: 2 tablespoons

Cinnamon powder: 2 tablespoons

Small cardamom powder: 2 tablespoons

Jawtri powder: 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg crushed: one piece

Tip: 

Mix all these things well and store them in any jar. This will double the taste of your tea.

Behari Boti Spices:

Ingredients:

Poppy seeds: 2 tablespoons

Proven dried coriander: 2 tablespoons

Nutmeg: One-piece

Jawtri: 8 to 10 pieces

Hot spice powder: a tablespoon

Red Chili Powder: 4 tablespoons

Salt: a tablespoon

Garbage powder: one tablespoon

Tartaric/citric acid: a teaspoon

Kashmiri red chillies: 3 tablespoons

Tip: 

Mix all ingredients in a grinder or mix to make a powder. Store in a jar and enjoy the delicious spring herbs.
