• Should have a PhD degree or equivalent in any subject from a reputable University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
• Should have rich experience in academic and financial management with a proven track record of skills in initiating and managing change, strategic planning, overseeing implementation and the capability of mobilizing resources for the University and its research programs and collaboration with national and international institutions/agencies.
• Should have capability and experience of research mobilization, leadership qualities for policymaking in relation to efficient and effective management of all affairs of the University.
• Should have to his/her credit quality research publication in HEC recognized journals.
• Should not be more than 65 years of age on the last date for submission of application.
